All products available at Trustique Store are shipped directly from our suppliers located in the United States, Europe or China to the address provided at checkout.
Estimated delivery time: usually between 7 to 25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and local postal services.
Orders are normally dispatched within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation. For orders paid via bank transfer, it may take 1 to 5 business days for the payment to be confirmed.
As soon as your order is shipped, we provide a tracking code so you can monitor the progress of your delivery online.
Important: in certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, strikes, holidays, pandemics, peak seasons, weather conditions or operational disruptions from carriers and postal services.
Trustique Store is committed to assisting you throughout the entire process and will always help you follow up with the carrier in case of abnormal delays.
All shipments include online tracking and are subject to the carrier’s official investigation procedures in the event of delay or suspected loss.
If your order appears significantly delayed, we may open an investigation with the carrier. During this period, the carrier will analyse the shipment history and attempt to locate the package.
If, after the investigation, the carrier officially confirms the package as lost, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement order, according to availability and the customer’s preference.
Please note that this process depends on the carrier’s timelines and procedures and may require additional time to be completed.
In some cases, you may receive your order in more than one package, since products may be shipped from different warehouses or suppliers. Receiving part of your order before the rest is completely normal.
Orders are shipped via national postal services or private couriers, depending on the destination country and product.
A tracking code will be provided via email as soon as it becomes available, together with instructions on how to follow the shipment on our “Track Your Order” page or directly on the carrier’s website.
Trustique Store ships orders to the exact address provided by the customer at checkout. Please carefully review your shipping details (name, street, house/apartment number, postal code, city and country) before finalizing your purchase.
We are not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect, incomplete or outdated addresses entered by the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
Postal services and couriers generally make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is not successful, or if the destination area does not have home delivery, the package may be routed to the nearest postal office or pickup point, where it will remain available for collection for a limited period (usually up to 7 calendar days – this may vary by country).
The address and deadline for pickup will be indicated in the tracking information. If the package is not collected within the specified time frame, it may be returned to the sender.
In such cases, a new shipping fee may be required for reshipment. If reshipment is not requested, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be due.
If the order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, and the package is returned to the sender, no new delivery attempt will be made automatically.
The customer may request reshipment, subject to payment of a new shipping fee and confirmation of the correct address. If the customer chooses not to proceed with reshipment, the order may be treated as non-refundable when the address error originated from the information provided at checkout.
For this reason, we recommend double-checking all shipping details before completing the purchase.
In some countries, international orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees.
When applicable, Trustique Store will be responsible for these charges, and the customer will only pay the price shown at checkout. We work to ensure that there are no additional unexpected charges for you upon delivery.
However, customs processes and local regulations are outside our control and may occasionally affect delivery times.
