- Personalized or sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned, except in the case of defects.

- Our team will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund based on the conditions below.
Refunds
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of store error or defective products.
Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can offer a solution, such as a replacement or full refund.
Return Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
