1. International Shipping

1.1. Purchase Policy

All products available at Trustique Store are shipped directly from our suppliers located in Brazil, the United States or China to the delivery address provided at the time of purchase.

Estimated delivery time is typically between 10 and 35 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country, customs procedures and local postal services.

Orders are usually dispatched within up to 7 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders paid via bank transfer may require between 1 to 5 business days for payment confirmation.

Once the order is shipped, a tracking code will be provided so customers can monitor their order’s progress online.

Important: In certain cases, delivery times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, strikes, holidays, pandemics, peak seasons, weather conditions or operational issues with carriers.

Trustique Store is committed to supporting customers throughout the delivery process and will assist in following up with the carrier in case of abnormal delays.

1.2. Delays, Loss and Carrier Investigation

All shipments include online tracking and are subject to the official investigation procedures of the carrier in the event of delay or suspected loss.

If a package shows no movement for an extended period, Trustique Store may open a formal investigation with the carrier.

If, after completion of the carrier’s investigation, the package is officially confirmed as lost, the customer will be entitled to a full refund or, if preferred, a replacement order (subject to product availability).

Please note that carrier investigations follow their own timelines and may require additional time to be concluded.

In some cases, orders may be delivered in multiple packages, as products can be shipped from different suppliers or warehouses. Receiving items separately is completely normal.

1.3. Order Tracking

Orders are shipped via national postal services or private courier companies, depending on the destination and product.

A tracking code will be sent by email as soon as it becomes available, along with instructions on how to track the shipment through our “Track Your Order” page or directly on the carrier’s website.

Tracking codes are usually generated within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

Tracking updates may take between 5 to 10 business days to appear on the carrier’s website after the tracking code is issued.

2. General Conditions

2.1. Address Accuracy

Trustique Store ships orders strictly to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated address information provided by the customer.

2.2. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Customers must ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.

Postal services and couriers usually make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed, the package may be held at the nearest postal office or pickup point for up to 7 calendar days (depending on the country).

The customer is responsible for collecting the package within this period.
If the package is not collected and is returned to the sender, a new shipping fee may be required for reshipment.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Trustique Store is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

In such cases, no refund will be issued. The customer may request reshipment, subject to a new shipping fee and confirmation of a correct delivery address.

2.4. Taxes and Customs Fees

If import duties, VAT or customs fees apply, Trustique Store will cover these charges.
Customers will only pay the product price shown at checkout, with no additional charges upon delivery.
